After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have received your order details. Shipments will be arranged in the chronological order in which they were ordered. Any damage to the goods before delivery is the responsibility of Jvogue Mall or its affiliates. Users can choose products according to their preferences and wishes and place orders with confidence.

Return & Refund

1) If the item you ordered is defective, you may request a full refund.

2) Please refer to the sales page and the record of the relevant item in the ordering process for the method and conditions of return and refund.

3) The merchandise you return must keep all merchandise, gifts, accessories, packaging and all accompanying documents or materials intact at the time of shipment. If there is a physical invoice, it should be returned together with the invoice and signed on the documents required by relevant laws and regulations such as credit slips; otherwise, the Company refuses to accept your return or refund request.
